Susan Saunders is a health coach, writer and TV Producer. She's one half of the popular blog and best-selling book The Age-Well Project. Her book, The Age-Well Plan: The 6-Week Programme to Kickstart a Longer, Healthier, Happier Life was published late in 2020. Through one-to-one coaching, workshops and courses she helps people across the world age well. Caring for her dementia-stricken mother for 12 years inspired Susan to do all she can to reduce her own dementia risk and to help others to do the same.
